Direct answer: a website photograph is a visual reference. Standardised packaging and required warning elements mean colour alone is not a reliable way to identify a tobacco product.
Photography can vary
Lighting, crop and screen settings can make a photograph look different. Use the exact product name, variant and verified quantity fields rather than judging only by colour.
What should still match
Check the product name, stated variant, pack or pouch quantity and any verified labelled weight. Do not use pack colour alone to infer strength, taste, origin or authenticity.
Report a material mismatch
If the delivered product name or quantity differs from the order, or packaging is damaged or unsealed, keep photographs of the parcel and product and follow the returns process.
